1. Operator and services
YC Study is operated by Yuanchen Limited. We provide consultation and application execution for Chinese language programmes, bachelor's, master's and PhD study, with add-on scholarship, exam and interview support.
2. Actions on the website
You may use the website to understand services and prices, organise your application context, receive initial information, securely upload and manage application documents in your student account, and submit an advisor booking or partnership enquiry.
A file uploaded to your student account has entered YC Study’s private document area, but it has not been submitted to a university. A booking remains pending until YC Study confirms the final time and meeting method. Application execution follows the written service plan agreed with you.
3. Information and judgement boundaries
University policies, programmes, fees, requirements and dates can change. The current notice from the university or responsible authority takes priority.
The website and AI organise information; they do not represent a university or predict admission probability. An advisor confirms the final range, document strategy and application plan against the student's complete context.
4. Prices and third-party charges
Chinese language programme application service: USD 499; bachelor's application: USD 899; master's or PhD application: USD 1,799; one additional university: USD 299; scholarship application: USD 599; ten HSK, CSCA or interview lessons: USD 1,299. Scholarship service does not guarantee an award; if no scholarship is awarded after the agreed process is completed, 70% of that YC Study service fee is refunded.
University application, exam, translation, notarisation, bank, visa, medical, insurance, courier and other third-party charges are separate unless the written contract expressly includes them. They are normally collected and handled by the relevant provider and are not part of a YC Study refund.
5. Student responsibilities
Students must provide truthful, complete and timely information and documents, must not submit false or infringing material, and must review final application content when asked.
Students must complete payments, document requests, exams, interviews and other reasonable steps on time, and disclose important changes that may affect the application.
6. Guarantees and refunds
Language-programme and bachelor's services guarantee at least one admission; master's and PhD services guarantee at least one interview opportunity. The student must complete contractual obligations and accept reasonable alternatives within the range agreed in advance.
A scholarship is not guaranteed. If the student completes all agreed applications and obligations but receives no scholarship, 70% of the YC Study scholarship service fee is refunded. 7. Acceptable use
Do not use the website or service to submit illegal, false, infringing, malicious or unauthorised information about another person; do not disrupt the service, bypass safeguards or impersonate another person.
Do not present AI output as a forged document, official notice or university decision. If content appears wrong or unsafe, stop relying on it and ask us to verify it.
8. External change and liability
Programme cancellations, sudden university or government policy changes, visa decisions and other events outside YC Study's reasonable control may change the plan. We explain workable alternatives under the contract and actual circumstances.
To the extent permitted by law, YC Study does not guarantee outcomes caused by third-party decisions, third-party service interruptions or the student's failure to meet obligations.

If this page conflicts with a valid signed contract, the contract's specific terms take priority, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms and will show the date on this page.
