1. What AI can help with
Understand free-form questions, organise public information about universities, programmes, cities, requirements and application processes, identify missing personal context, and prepare useful points for an advisor.
2. What AI does not decide
AI does not provide an overall university ranking, independently choose the final university, predict admission probability, or guarantee a scholarship, visa or admission outcome.
3. Information sources
For university conditions, fees, dates and public rules, we prioritise information published by the university, exam body or responsible authority and explain the applicable year, status or point still requiring confirmation.
Policies change. If website information differs from the latest official notice, the official notice and advisor review take priority.
4. Uncertainty
University requirements can change and may differ by nationality, education level or intake. AI first answers what can currently be confirmed, then explains the applicable conditions and any information still needed.
5. Human advisor
An advisor confirms how information applies to you, the final university range, document strategy, reasonable alternatives and written application plan. When human judgement is needed, we recommend advisor contact after providing what can already be confirmed.
6. Data and sensitive documents
Do not enter passport numbers, bank information, passwords or unmasked sensitive application documents into an AI chat. Use the private document area in your student account when a file is needed.
Consultation information is handled under the privacy policy and selected service. Files in the private document area are not sent to general-purpose AI models and are not used to train them.
7. Feedback and verification
Report an error, outdated information or advice that does not fit your context to info@ycstudy.com for human review. Check the official source before making an important payment, application or opportunity decision.
